Data Residency & Jurisdiction

Your data stays in Europe. No exceptions.

All customer data processed by DOMINIUM is exclusively hosted within the European Union, with a preference for French data centers. Your data is subject only to local and EU law—it is not subject to non-EU extraterritorial measures such as the US CLOUD Act.

We maintain full operational sovereignty over our infrastructure, ensuring that no third-party jurisdiction can compel us to compromise your data integrity or privacy.

Technical & Organizational Measures

  • Encryption in transit and at rest—AES-256 encryption for stored data, TLS 1.3 for data in transit

  • No backdoors—we do not implement or allow any backdoor access mechanisms
  • EU-vetted personnel—all staff with access to sensitive data are vetted and operate under EU jurisdiction

Operational Transparency

In the unlikely event of a security breach or incident, we commit to notifying affected clients promptly within the timeframes required by GDPR (72 hours). We will provide clear information about the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the steps we are taking to remediate.

Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to all users in advance, with sufficient notice to review and provide feedback. We maintain a transparent change log for all updates to our legal documentation.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use DOMINIUM in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distribution of illegal content
  • Abusive behavior, including attempts to compromise platform security or other users' data
  • Unauthorized access attempts or reverse engineering of platform components

Account Suspension

Violation of these terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities when required by law.

Amendments & Updates

Evolving with you. Always with notice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms as our platform evolves or legal requirements change. All users will be notified in advance of significant changes via email and platform notifications.

Minor updates (such as clarifications or formatting changes) may be implemented immediately, while material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

Governing Law & Contact

Subject to EU/French law. Always accessible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DOMINIUM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
